Group 2:traditional Chinese medicine for tonifying kidney and spleen + slow resistance exercise (isokinetic training angular speed 60°/s)
Group 3:Traditional Chinese medicine for tonifying kidney and spleen + moderate-speed resistance exercise (isokinetic training angular speed 90°/s)
Group 4:Traditional Chinese medicine for tonifying kidney and spleen + moderate-speed resistance exercise (isokinetic training angular speed 120°/s)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years old; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for senile sarcopenia (refer to the diagnostic criteria of the consensus report of the Asian Sarcopenia Working Group in 2019): (1) Muscle mass: male ASMI < 7.0 kg/m2, female ASMI < 5.7 kg/m2 (using BIA to measure muscle mass); (2) Muscle strength: male dominant grip strength < 28 kg, female dominant grip strength < 18 kg; (3) Muscle function: Gait speed < 0.8 m/s; 3. Fully understand and sign the informed consent form, and express willingness to participate in the research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Joint instability, severe local osteoporosis, new or incompletely healed fractures, acute inflammation or infection (redness and swelling), severe pain during joint activities or muscle extension, hematoma, bone and joint tumors, poor general condition , who are in an unstable condition; 2. People with cognitive impairment, speech impairment or hearing impairment, or other mental illnesses; 3. Suffering from metabolic diseases or failure of vital organs; 4. People who have a pacemaker or artificial joint in their body; 5. Those who are seriously disabled and unable to cooperate with the test; 6. Insufficient information and those who refuse to participate in the survey.
