Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18 years old = 92% when breathing air before operation; 180 mmg >= SBP >= 90 mmHg; 100 mmHg >= DBP >= 50 mmHg; 4.18 kg/m^2 <= BMI <= 28 kg/m^2; 5. Before the experiment, understand the nature, significance, possible benefits, possible inconvenience and potential risks of the experiment in detail, understand the research procedure and voluntarily sign a written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Requires complex endoscopic diagnosis and treatment techniques; 2. Patients who are judged to be difficult to manage the airway (modified Matheson classification IV); 3. Those who are allergic or contraindicated to benzodiazepines, opioids, propofol, propofol emulsion injection excipients; 4. Participated in other drug clinical trials as subjects in the past 3 months; 5. Patients who cannot obtain informed consent, or who are considered by the investigator to be inappropriate to participate in this trial.
