18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-75; 2. ASA grade I-II patients; 3. Elective thoracic surgery patients who need one-lung ventilation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient had previous respiratory injury, sore throat, and hoarse voice; 2. Subjects with Mallampati grade >= III, limited neck movement, and thyroid-mental distance = 35 kg/m2; 7. The diameter of the double lumen tube should be less than 32Fr before operation; 8. The patient has a history of one-lung ventilation for chest injuries.
