Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative diagnosis of benign gynecological diseases, excluding surgical contraindications, elective laparoscopic hysterectomy, or + unilateral/bilateral salpingectomy or adnexectomy patients; 2. Patients who received tracheal intubation under general anesthesia, and the preoperative ASA classification was grade I or grade II; 3. Female patients, older than 40 years old, less than or equal to 70 years old; 4. The patient himself volunteers to be tested and has high compliance, and can sign the informed consent; 5. The operation time is within 1.5-4.5 hours, and the anesthesia time is within 1.5-5 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Rapid pathological recovery of malignant tumor during operation and malignant tumor after operation; 2. Patients with combined diseases such as heart, liver, kidney, brain, diabetes, hypertension, etc., long-term gastrointestinal dysfunction such as constipation, diarrhea, etc., which cannot be controlled after treatment, and the symptoms are obvious; 3. Patients with complications during the operation who need to be converted to laparotomy, whose rapid pathology during the operation does not meet the preoperative diagnosis, and who need to be transferred to the ICU after the operation; 4. Coagulation dysfunction, patients with local skin diseases at the massage site; 5. Patients with hypoalbuminemia, serum albumin < 30 g/L; 6. Severe intestinal adhesions; 7. The intraoperative blood loss exceeds 400 ml; 8. Patients who are currently participating in or have participated in other clinical trials within 1 month before this study; 9. People with mental illness; 10. Patients considered by the investigator to be unsuitable for enrollment.
