Age
18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Female patients aged 18-65; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grades I to III; 3. Did not receive any relevant anti-tumor treatment before hospitalization; 4. Treat patients with primary advanced breast cancer with general drug anesthesia; 5. Patients who used aminosteroids or benzylisoquinoline muscle relaxants alone as muscle relaxants during the operation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Male breast cancer patients; 2. Patients with other malignant tumors; 3. Patients who have undergone radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the perioperative period; 4. Patients who use aminosteroids and benzylisoquinoline muscle relaxants at the same time during the operation; 5. Patients with severe cardiovascular disease (cardiac function classification > II); 6. Patients with distant metastasis; 7. Patients with missing data information in the electronic medical record system and/or hand anesthesia system.
