Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Conform to the OA Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines of the Orthopedic Branch of the Chinese Medical Association (2018 Edition) and the clinical standards of the American College of Rheumatology (ACR); 2. Age > 50 years old; 3. Kellgren-Lawrence grade II-IV; 4. Knee pain for most of the past month; 5. In the past week, the average knee pain score was 4 points or higher, with a total score of 10 points; 6. At least one active or potential muscle trigger point elicited by palpation of the knee on the painful side.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Glucocorticoid injections in the past 3 months or hyaluronic acid injections in the past 6 months; 2. Have received autologous blood product or stem cell preparation treatment; 3. Systemic or inflammatory diseases; 4. Abnormal blood coagulation function or taking anticoagulant drugs such as aspirin and warfarin recently; 5. Inability to walk 10 meters without assistive equipment, unable to understand and complete study assessments.
