Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients admitted to ICU with age >= 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. By definition, AKI is recovering; 2. Renal replacement therapy has been performed; 3. Chronic kidney disease stage 4-5; 4. Kidney transplantation; 5. Anuria; 6. There are factors that affect the measurement of renal resistance index (clear renal artery stenosis/renal parenchymal injury, obstructive renal disease, persistent arrhythmia); 7. Pregnant women; 8. Expected hospital stay is less than 48 hours. Actual hospital stays of less than 48 hours were also excluded.
