70 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age greater than or equal to 80 years old, and all are undergoing THA surgery for the first time; 2. Have surgical indications, no obvious surgical contraindications; no obvious postoperative complications; 3. Have not recently used hormones, calcitonin and other drugs that affect bone metabolism; 4. All patients have informed consent and voluntarily participated in this study, and signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are allergic to the drugs in this study; 2. Patients with metabolic diseases that lead to decreased bone density; 3. Severe cardiopulmonary, liver and kidney system dysfunction; 4. Patients who cannot cooperate with the study due to other reasons and patients with incomplete follow-up data.
