Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Infertility couples and normal control group who visited Huai'an Maternal and Child Health Hospital during the implementation of the project.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Trichomonas, Candida albicans and other infections were detected in the reproductive tract, vaginal medication, acute infections in other organs throughout the body.
