Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with colorectal cancer, and the spouse designated by the patient to undertake most of the care tasks; 2. Both parties have no diseases that affect cognition (such as bipolar disorder, senile dementia, etc.); 3. Knowing about the illness and having the capacity for civil conduct; 4. Patients and spouse caregivers have basic reading, comprehension and writing skills, and can cooperate with the teaching of intervention content; 5. At least one of the patient and the spouse caregiver has a mobile phone, and can use the mobile phone to answer or chat on WeChat; 6. Both parties have informed consent and voluntarily participate in this research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Non-spouses who undertake care tasks; 2. Spouse caregivers themselves suffer from serious physical or mental illnesses, such as tumors, severe depression, etc.; 3. Either party is unwilling to participate.
