18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Comprehensively evaluate patients with end-stage HAE who cannot be resectable by traditional liver resection combined with in vivo vascular reconstruction; 2. The general condition of the patient is good, and the liver function is ChildA/B; 3. The lesion invades the retrohepatic inferior vena cava and more than two hepatic veins; 4. The lesion invades grade 2 or grade 3 portal vein and hepatic artery; 5. Preoperative serum bilirubin = 0.35; 7. The lesion is located in the right hemi-liver; 8. Use enough space to place vascular occlusion bands or clamps during the operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Extrahepatic lesions cannot be surgically removed; 2. The lesion can be effectively controlled after albendazole treatment.
