60 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures; 2. There are surgical indications and no obvious surgical contraindications in the preoperative examination; 3. The MRI examination shows fresh fractures, and there is no obvious sign of rupture of the posterior vertebral wall by CT examination; 4. All cases were treated with conventional PKP; 5. All patients gave informed consent and voluntarily participated in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Thoracolumbar burst fractures, vertebral body and paravertebral infection, bone tumors (including spinal metastatic tumors); 2. Patients who are allergic to the drugs in this study; 3. Patients with metabolic diseases that lead to decreased bone density; 4. Severe cardiopulmonary, liver and kidney system dysfunction; 5. Patients who cannot cooperate with the study due to other reasons and patients with incomplete follow-up data.
