Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who undergo elective urological surgery; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grading I-III, age >= 18 years old, gender is not limited; 3. Estimated operation time < 90 minutes; 4. Voluntary subjects signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe liver and kidney insufficiency; 2. Predict respiratory difficulties; 3. Use of preoperative drugs that interact with non-depolarizing NMBAs (such as aminoglycosides, polymyxins, steroids, phenytoin, nerve inhibitors, carbamazepine); 4. Hypersensitivity to the drugs in the study; 5. Combined with neurological or psychiatric diseases.
