18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade I-III; 2. Age 18-65 years; 3. Patients who are scheduled to undergo VATS double-lumen bronchial catheter lobectomy or segmental resection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are contraindications for inserting a double-lumen tube (difficult intubation, tracheotomy, bronchoscopy or CT findings of tracheobronchial abnormalities); 2. Severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (forced expiratory volume in the first second FEV1 < 50%); 3. Patients with previous thoracic surgery or radiotherapy; 4. Active pulmonary infection; 5. The patient refuses to participate in the study.
