Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Hospitalized patients with closed extremity fractures aged 0-18 years; 2. Patients undergoing open reduction, plate and screw internal fixation for fractures; 3. Absorbable sutures are used to suture the incision during internal fixation; 4. After 3-12 months, internal fixation removal surgery will be performed in our department; 5. Absorbable sutures were used to suture the incision continuously during internal fixation removal; 6. Volunteer to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are unwilling to participate in this project; 2. Patients with skin defects during internal fixation; 3. Patients without interrupted suture during internal fixation; 4. Evaluate patients who cannot suture the skin during internal fixation removal; 5. Patients who used drugs to intervene with skin scars during the follow-up period.
