Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 65 years old (gender is not limited); 2. Operate under general anesthesia; 3.BMI: 18.5-24.5 kg/m2; 4. ASA grade I-II; 5. Agree to accept this experiment and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient has severe central system disease and mental disease; 2. Patients participate in other clinical trials within 4 weeks; 3. Patients with auditory, visual and communication impairments.
