Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18 and 70 years; 2. Pain lasting at least three months; 3. Exhibit at least three of the following five positive test results: Hawkins-Kennedy test, Neer test, painful arc, empty can test, and resisted external rotation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of shoulder or neck surgery, a history of shoulder fracture or dislocation; 2. Full-thickness rotator cuff tear; 3. Shoulder trauma within the past month; 4. Cervical spine problems; 5. Rheumatoid arthritis; 6. Glenohumeral osteoarthritis; 7. Pregnancy; 8. Unstable heart disease; 9. Corticosteroid injection or physical therapy within the past month.
