Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Conform to OVCF imaging diagnostic criteria, preoperative diagnosis of osteoporosis, bone mineral density value T < -2.5; 2. X-ray and magnetic resonance examinations showed vertebral fractures; 3. The patient has obvious pain in the chest, waist and back, limited mobility, and conservative treatment is ineffective or ineffective; 4. Magnetic resonance imaging showed no compression of spinal nerves; 5. Complete postoperative follow-up and case collection, and observe postoperative recovery indicators.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pathological fractures caused by tumors or internal infections; 2. Cardiopulmonary insufficiency, coagulation dysfunction and allergies to the drugs used in the operation make it impossible to perform the operation; 3. Have undergone spinal fixation and bone cement implantation related operations.
