Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who meet the indications for hip replacement surgery, undergo elective total hip replacement surgery, and sign an informed consent form for anesthesia; 2. Patients with anesthesia grade I-III of the American Society of Anesthesiologists; 3. Operation time <= 3 hours; 4. Body mass index < 30 kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who refuse to sign the informed consent form; 2. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary disease; 3. Patients with severe hypertension; 4. Patients with intracranial space occupying and intracranial hypertension; 5. Patients with glaucoma and hyperthyroidism; 6. Patients with contraindications to surgery and anesthesia; 7. Preoperative nervous system diseases or mental illness history or combined with dementia and other cognitive dysfunction diseases; 8. Long-term use of sedative and analgesic drugs; 9. Those who are allergic to the experimental drugs.
