Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for primary TN of the International Classification of Headache Disorders-3 (ICHD-3); symptoms are typical, that is, the pain is unilateral, sudden onset, and sudden stop; actions such as brushing teeth, washing the face, talking, and eating can induce or Aggravated pain with distinct trigger points; 2. No other combined chronic headache diseases; 3. The balloon compression time is 3 minutes; 4. Patients with pear-shaped balloon or "extracapsular capsule" 5. Complete clinical data.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. TN patients with bilateral symptoms or patients diagnosed as secondary TN due to intracranial space-occupying lesions or multiple sclerosis; 2. Patients who have undergone other operations that cause numbness on the affected side; 3. Patients with mental illness who cannot answer the questionnaire by themselves.
