Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women who visited the Endocrinology Clinic of our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021; 2. Regular follow-up visits in the obstetrics or endocrinology department of our hospital in order to obtain the patient's GDM diagnosis information and treatment information; 3. Obstetrical outcomes and postpartum blood sugar re-examination can be obtained by consulting the HIS system or by telephone follow-up; 4. Able to have remaining whole blood samples for DNA extraction in the Laboratory Department of our hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Older women over 45 years old; 2. Suffered from type 1 or type 2 diabetes or impaired glucose tolerance before pregnancy; 3. Suffering from major chronic diseases such as respiratory system and circulatory system; 4. Women with a history of stillbirth, macrosomia, congenital abnormalities in infants, pregnancy-induced or existing hypertension; 5. Pre-pregnancy BMI 30 kg/?; 6. Hyperthyroidism during pregnancy, poorly controlled hypothyroidism and malignant thyroid tumors at the time of GDM diagnosis; 7. Taking drugs that affect blood sugar; 8. Multiple pregnancy.
