50 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The age is between 50 and 70 years; 2. According to the guideline of COPD Global Initiative (GOLD), AECOPD was diagnosed and there were no other complications; 3. FEV1 < 50%, severe COPD; 4. 6-minute walking distance < 70% predicted value; 5. Informed consent, the patient accepts WBVT.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe respiratory diseases (bronchiectasis, pulmonary fibrosis, asthma, active tuberculosis); 2. Severe cardiovascular, neurological or metabolic diseases; 3. Severe malnutrition (body mass index [BMI] < 19 kg/m2) to reduce the risk of falls; 4. Patients with high risk of thrombosis; 5. After total hip, knee or ankle replacement.
