b ) 1 sputum smear positive for acid-fast bacilli, and at the same time meet any of the chest imaging characteristics of pulmonary tuberculosis
c) 1 sputum smear positive for acid-fast bacilli, and 1 sputum smear positive for mycobacteria. (2) Only mycobacterial isolation and culture positive tuberculosis diagnosis is consistent with any one
(3) Molecular biological examination positive tuberculosis diagnosis is consistent with pulmonary tuberculosis Any one of the chest imaging features and a positive tuberculosis molecular biology test
(4) positive lung histopathological examination for pulmonary tuberculosis diagnosis lung histopathology showed granulomatous inflammation, and tuberculosis DNA positive or positive culture
2. Diagnostic criteria for lymph node tuberculosis: lymph node enlargement confirmed by ultrasound, histopathology of lymph node aspiration or surgical biopsy showed granulomatous inflammation with or
3. Diagnostic criteria for latent tuberculosis infection: no signs of active tuberculosis, and a positive interferon-gamma release assay (IGRA), or a positive tuberculin skin test.
