18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.POI: (1) Aged 25U/L at least twice (interval > 4 weeks). If the above three criteria are met, premature ovarian insufficiency can be diagnosed. 2. Healthy people: (1) Aged 18-40 years; (2) Normal ovarian function; (3) Normal immune function, no immune disease; (4) The patient is informed and signs the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital anomalies of reproductive organ development, patients with bilateral ovariectomy; 2. Endocrine diseases such as polycystic ovary syndrome, hyperprolactinemia, hyperandrogenemia, hypothyroidism, and chronic Hypoadrenocorticism affect ovulators; 3. Those with serious cardiovascular, hepatic, renal, malignancies, haematopoietic and psychiatric disorders combined.
