Normal saline group:Normal saline is injected subcutaneously

Intervention group:Subcutaneous injection of ropivacaine + dexmedetomidine

60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60-80 years; 2. ASA Grade I-III; 3. Good compliance; 4. BMI< 28 kg/m^2; 5. The operation time is 2 ~ 6h.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of drug allergy; 2. Abnormal sensitivity to pain; 3. History of mental and neurological diseases; 4. Patients with liver and kidney insufficiency; 5. Acute and chronic infectious diseases; 6. Abnormal coagulation function.
