Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 12 and 18 years, no gender limit; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for depressive disorders in DSM-5 (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 5th Edition); 3. Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-24) score above 20 points; 4. Primary school education or above; 5. Understand the study content, be willing to participate in the study, and sign written informed consent by the patient or the patient's family.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have bad habits (including smoking, drinking, etc.); 2. Unstable diet, overeating and other conditions; 3. Oral ulcer, periodontitis, gingival bleeding and other oral diseases; 4. Recently taking antibiotics, hormones and other drugs.
