Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for stroke patients: (1) Meeting the diagnostic criteria for stroke formulated by the Fourth National Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases, the patient was diagnosed with stroke by head CT or MRI examination; (2) Course of disease <6 months; (3) Right-handed; (4) Aged 30-75 years; (5) Normal listening and understanding, able to cooperate with assessment and testing; (6) No history of mental illness, drug and alcohol abuse; (7) No antipsychotic drugs were taken 2 weeks before inclusion; (8) The study was approved by the Ethics committee of our hospital, the patients volunteered to undergo treatment, and all signed informed consent for treatment; (9) The patients with post-stroke depression met the diagnostic criteria for depressive episode in the Chinese Classification and Diagnostic Criteria of Mental Disorders (CCMD-3). 2. Inclusion criteria of healthy control group: (1) In good health, free from physical and mental diseases; (2) Right-handed; (3) Aged 30-75 years; (4) No history of drug or alcohol abuse; (5) No immediate family member has serious mental illness or history of mental illness; (6) All subjects signed informed consent for treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria for stroke patients: (1) Complicated with other nervous system diseases; (2) Patients with severe hemilateral neglect combined with visual field defect and eye movement disorder; (3) Severe depression or suicidal tendency; (4) Patients with unstable condition and worsening tendency; (5) Severe heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organ failure; (6) Those who are unwilling to accept the experiment for various reasons or have difficulty in completing the experiment. 2. Exclusion criteria of healthy control group: (1) Cognitive and speech disorders, unable to cooperate; (2) Use of drugs that excite or inhibit the nervous system recently; (3) Can not cooperate to complete the evaluation and detection of the whole experimental process.
