Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with atrial fibrillation who meet long-term OAC/NOAC conditions refuse to receive medication despite thorough medication notification; 2. Atrial fibrillation patients with long-term absolute contraindication of OAC/NOAC; 3. Patients with atrial fibrillation do not follow drug therapy; 4. Complex persistent atrial fibrillation; 5. Patients with recurrence after previous catheter ablation; 6. Patients with recurrent atrial fibrillation after surgical ablation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe diastolic dysfunction; 2. Left atrial thrombosis; 3. Patients with past heart surgery; 4. Extensive intrathoracic adhesion; 5. Patients with poor respiratory function and difficulty in tolerating anesthesia.
