Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged =1.2ng/ml.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. BMI>=30kg/m^2. 2. Egg donation, sperm donation and PGT. 3. Recurrent abortion (spontaneous abortion of intrauterine pregnancy >=2 times); History of ectopic pregnancy. 4. Abnormal uterus, such as mediastinal uterus, bicornal uterus, single horn uterus, double uterus, etc.; Cervical conectomy or cervical insufficiency; Adenomyosis of uterus, untreated uterine adhesions; Submucosal fibroids, fibroids deform the uterine cavity. 5. Bilateral tubal obstruction or hydrosalpinx without ligation or resection. 6. Known chromosomal abnormalities (except polymorphism) in one or both couples. 7. Uncured medical and surgical diseases that may affect pregnancy: such as hypertension, symptomatic heart disease, diabetes, liver dysfunction, renal insufficiency, severe anemia, history of previous thrombosis, history of cerebrovascular disease, etc.
