Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, including chronic coronary syndrome and acute coronary syndrome, aged > 18 years; 2. The patient underwent coronary angiography, and the target lesion was located in the bifurcated vessel segment according to electrocardiogram, angiographic findings, symptoms and signs. 3. The patient received coronary stent interventional therapy, and the stent segment covered the branch vessel opening; 4. Preoperative OCT or IVUS examination of the main branch or QFR analysis was completed. The regression distance of OCT and IVUS should include the normal lumen at the proximal end of the main branch and at least 5mm vessel segment at the distal end of the main branch. 5. Target lesions were in situ.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pontine vascular disease; 2. For patients with severe renal insufficiency, the glomerular filtration rate was 150µmol/L as indicated by laboratory indicators; 3. Patients with severe heart failure (NYHA grade ? or ?); 4. The vascular wall could not be identified due to serious errors in the endovascular image, incomplete blood flushing, a large number of thrombus in the endovascular cavity, vascular dissection and other reasons; 5. The quality of contrast images is poor or the body position is missing, resulting in failure to meet vFFR and CFD analysis and calculation; 6. The branch opening segment showed obvious shortening in the angiographic image, or the branch opening could not be recognized due to vascular overlap; 7. Lack of intracavitary images after stenting; 8. The area of the branch opening cannot be clearly identified in the image analysis software due to severe narrowing, support trabecular obstruction, location of guide wire artifact and other reasons.
