21 Years to 42 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Have indicator for IVF-ET; 2. Controlled ovarian stimulation IVF-ET cycles; 3. Poor re-sponsor have =10mm on the trigger day; 4. Pre-ovulatory E2/-1E2 ratio<0.71; 5. Aged <= 42 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious systemic diseases that are not suitable for pregnancy (such as malignant tumor, congenital heart disease, active stage of systemic lupus erythematosus, etc.); 2. Patients with acute genital tract inflammation; 3. Patients with genital tract tumor; 4. Patients who did not complete trigger day and trigger next day sex hormone determination.
