18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years, no gender limit; 2. Chest CT examination revealed single pulmonary nodules, clinically diagnosed as adenocarcinoma in situ, microinvasive adenocarcinoma, and stage I lung cancer with surgical indications, and pulmonary nodules surgery (wedge resection, segmental resection, lobectomy, etc.) was planned; 3. Agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating female patients (within 6 months); 2. Patients with pulmonary nodules larger than 30 mm in diameter or with 2 or more pulmonary nodules detected; 3. Patients with existing tumors or precancerous lesions, major cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, systemic diseases, autoimmune diseases, or infectious diseases (such as HIV infection, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, active tuberculosis, etc.); 4. Patients who had received blood transfusion within 30 days prior to the start of the study, recipients of organ transplantation or prior non-autologous (allogeneic) bone marrow transplantation or stem cell transplantation, or who had received antibiotic therapy within 14 days prior to blood drawing or who had been treated with synergitic drugs within 45 days prior to blood drawing.
