5 Years to 11 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children aged 5 to 11 years in Hong Kong who have no history of SARS-CoV-2 infection or COVID-19 vaccination. 2. In good health, no ocular or systemic diseases. 3. No immunosuppressant, anti-inflammatory or antibiotic medication or contact lenses have been used in the past 6 months. 4. No history of eye trauma or surgery. 5. OSDI score below 13 and ophthalmic examination results were normal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Wear contact lenses and undergo eye surgery during the study period; 2. Participants with confirmed infection or who received vaccines not specified in the study within the time period recommended by the HKSAR Government (28 and 84 days apart, with a possible delay of 1 to 2 days); 3. Body temperature >=38 degrees Celsius.
