Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with hematological tumors and proposed to undergo hematopoietic stem cell transplantation; 2. Aged 16 years and above; 3. Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation for the first time; 4. Normal renal function (defined as creatinine clearance >=30ml/min and creatinine less than 160µmol/L); Normal liver function (defined as ALT and AST=50% predictive value of FEV1, FVC, DLCO) normal cardiac function (left ventricular ejection fraction >=40%, asymptomatic arrhythmia); 5. Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) daily physical fitness score 0-1; 6. Neutrophil absolute value >=1.5x10^9/L, platelet >= 90x10^9/L, hemoglobin >= 90g/L; 7. Expected survival time >=3 months; 8. Able to understand Chinese correctly and complete the questionnaire independently; 9. Volunteer to participate in the study and sign a written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious physical disease or cognitive impairment cannot participate in this study; 2. Severe depressive symptoms and suicidal thoughts; 3. Received psychotherapy within a year.
