18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-45 years; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria; 3. Lumbago lasting longer than 3 months; 4. VAS score greater than 3 points; 5. Participate in the experiment voluntarily and sign relevant informed consent; 6. Undergo randomization.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with VAS score greater than 8; 2. Patients with a history of low back surgery in the past 6 months; 3. Patients with severely unstable cardiovascular, kidney or liver diseases; 4. Patients who have received treatment related to low back pain in the past month.
