Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adolescent patients with initial depression who were younger than 25 years of age at the time of screening interview, no gender limit; 2. In line with the 2010 ACR classification standard for SLE/RA/pSS/MS and other self-immunized patients; 3. Disease activity: 5<=SLEDAI<=9 points (mild disease activity is acceptable); 4. The patient's legal representative shall sign the written informed consent approved by the Ethics Committee of Taihe Hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe chronic liver, kidney and heart insufficiency; 2. Severe drug-resistant bacterial infections, such as bacteremia and septicemia; 3. Severe intestinal dysfunction or other known intestinal dysfunction; 4. Patients with tumor and tumor history; 5. Chronic respiratory failure; 6. Patients impacted by high-dose hormones and immunosuppressants; 7. Patients with active TB infection or latent TB infection.
