Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 10-18 years; 2. Subjects with idiopathic scoliosis; 3. The subjects had lateral curvature of the thoracic segment (diagnostic criteria: lateral curvature of the spine on full-length upright radiographs in standing position, measured Cobb Angle >=10 degrees), and thoracic curvature was the top vertebra located at T10 or above; 4. Good compliance, able to cooperate with the completion of lung function examination; 5. No history of respiratory tract infection within 3 months prior to treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with simple lumbar scoliosis and lumbosacral deformity; 2. Subjects with a history of congenital spinal deformity, ankylosing spondylitis and other spinal related diseases; 3. Subjects who use medication before treatment or after admission to hospital that may alter lung ventilation function; 4. Subjects with pneumonia, pulmonary tuberculosis and other lung infections; Combined with asthma and other respiratory allergic diseases; Combined with pulmonary isolation disease, bronchoalveolar dysplasia and other congenital pulmonary malformations; Subjects with a history of asthma or bronchiectasis, cardiopulmonary surgery; 5. Those with mental or intellectual disabilities who cannot cooperate.
