Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 6-17 years; 2. Overweight or obese by age-specific body mass index (BMI); 3. Be able to study in the school within the next 1 year; 4. Sign informed consent voluntarily after communicating with students and parents; 5. At present, there are no other diseases that are not suitable for exercise.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have suffered from severe mental disorder; 2. Possible failure to comply with protocol requirements, including communication barriers, uncooperative attitude, inability to follow up and inability to complete the study; 3. There are circumstances that may endanger the safety of students or prevent them from successfully participating in the study, including serious medical, psychological and geographical factors.
