18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who plan to undergo partial nephrectomy or total nephrectomy; 2. No gender limit, patients aged 18 to 65 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient refused; 2. Pregnancy or breastfeeding; 3. Contraindications of paravertebral block exist; 4. ASA classification >III; 5. NYHA cardiac grade >3; 6. Kidney disease according to KDIGO (Kidney Disease for Improving Global Outcomes) criteria; 7. Urinary tract obstruction, infection, etc.
