Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years; 2. Mechanical ventilation time >=48h; 3. The ventilation sleeve is a suction sleeve under the glottis; 4. Patients or their families are willing to cooperate with the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Existing lung infection; 2. There is severe electrolyte disorder; 3. Severe arrhythmias with the risk of induced arrhythmia due to subglottic aspiration; 4. Hemodynamic instability.
