Inclusion criteria: 1. Nursing staff who need direct contact with patients in daily work; 2. Engaged in clinical nursing work for at least 1 year; 3. Follow the principle of informed consent and are willing to participate in this inquiry.

Exclusion criteria: Intern nurses, retirees or trainees.
