18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Thyroid tumor patients group: (1) Patients aged over 18 years with no smoking history; (2) Clinical physical examination and imaging examination indicated thyroid nodules, and postoperative pathological diagnosis confirmed thyroid cancer; (3) Neither surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy nor endocrine therapy; (4) Informed consent. 2. Normal control group: (1) Patients aged over 18 years with no smoking history; (2) Good health condition; (3) No history of tumor; (4) No history of diabetes, rheumatism and other chronic diseases; (5) No recent infectious diseases; (6) Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other tumors or a history of other tumors. 2. Suffer from chronic diseases, such as diabetes. 3. Recent local or systemic infection. 4. Abnormal ventilation function of lung. 5. Patients have no self-awareness.
