65 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 65 to 80 years, 19= 48 hours after surgery; 5. Patients required the use of self-controlled analgesic devices after surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic history of ropivacaine, ketamine, and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID) or contraindications; 2. Mental illness and other chronic pain or other conditions that may confuse analgesic response and cognitive function assessment; 3. Unable to read and write Chinese, communication disorder; 4. Emergency surgery or trauma patients; 5. Admitted to ICU after surgery; 6. Refuse to participate; 7. Patients with sleep disorders, senile dementia, delirium and other mental diseases before taking psychiatric drugs; 8. Patients with abnormal liver and kidney function (defined as prothrombin ratio less than 15%) and cardiac insufficiency (EF < 40%).
