2. EMA immunocytochemistry in situ on the fine needle aspiration smear showed metastasis of tumor.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with breast cancer initial confirmed by core needle biopsy; 2. Perform fine needle aspiration cytology of axillary lymph node.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The follow-up resection operation was not finished in the Affiliated First Hospital, University of South China.
