Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years (including 18 and 75 years); 2. Confirmed DM: It was confirmed based on the diagnostic criteria of DM proposed by Bohan and Peter in 1975, and reconfirmed according to EULAR/ACR IIM classification standard in 2017 or EMNC classification standard in 2018; 3. MDA5+ : Positive autoantibody against MDA5; 4. Confirmed ILD: Chest CT plain scan confirmed ILD; 5. Voluntary signing of informed consent: Patients and their family members expressed their willingness to participate in the study and comply with the requirements of the study follow-up plan and other protocols after the investigator informed them of relevant matters in person, and voluntarily signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with other connective tissue diseases; 2. Concomitant tumor; 3. Co-infection; 4. Complicated with severe liver insufficiency (Child-Pugh grade C); 5. Severe renal insufficiency (estimated GFR < 30%); 6. Allergic constitution or multiple drug allergy; 7. Pregnant and lactating patients; 8. Patients with low myelodysplasia; 9. Those who have mental illness or other reasons that prevent them from cooperating with medical treatment.
