Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children aged between 6 and 12 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Genetic metabolic disease; 2. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. Malignant hematologic/neoplastic diseases; 4. Have used or are using high doses of glucocorticoids; 5. Have used or are currently using growth hormone; 6. Endocrine and metabolic diseases such as thyroid dysfunction, diabetes, etc.; 7. Scoliosis and other abnormal bone development diseases.
