18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years, < 40 years, ordinary community female; 2. The patient voluntarily accepted clinical observation and signed informed consent; 3. The patient had no previous diagnosis of POI or had to stop POI-related therapy for more than 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of bilateral ovariectomy; 2. There are contraindications in fingertip blood collection, such as local skin infection and coagulation dysfunction; 3. There are contraindications of POI treatment; 4. Patients judged by the researchers to be unfit to participate in this study.
