Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients were first diagnosed with lumbar disc herniation; 2. Patients with lumbago or lower extremity radiating pain, positive signs and imaging data are basically consistent; 3. Aged >18 years; 4. Those who signed the informed consent and agreed to use the data for analysis in this experiment; 5. No contraindications related to the drugs used in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe circulatory and respiratory diseases and severe disorders of liver and kidney function; 2. Patients with clear indications for surgery; 3. Pregnant or lactating patients; 4. Patients with coagulation dysfunction or other blood diseases; 5. Recurrent disc prolapse; 6. Radiculopathy caused by infection and skin infection in the puncture area.
