Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing end-to-side radial arterio-cephalic vein anastomosis in the Department of Nephrology, Peking University Shenzhen Hospital; 2. Aged >= 18 years; 3. Voluntarily agree to participate in the study; 4. Sign written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have not established the same type of vascular access for the first time; 2. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 3. Patients with malignant tumors; 4. Patients with non professional recommendations to establish vascular access; 5. Patients who cannot be followed up for a long time; 6. Patients with life expectancy less than 1 year.
