Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Preeclampsia group: Pregnant women who followed the diagnosis of preeclampsia according to the guideline of the 2021 International Society for the Study of Hypertension in Pregnancy: New systolic/diastolic blood pressure >= 140/90 mmHg at or after 20 weeks of gestation (blood pressure measured at least twice, at least 4 hours apart), concomitant proteinuria (24-hour urine protein content >= 300 mg) or other maternal organs Dysfunction (including acute kidney injury, abnormal liver function, etc.). 2. Gestational diabetes group: 75g glucose tolerance test (OGTT) at 24 to 28 weeks of gestation shows fasting blood glucose > 5.1mmol/L and/or 1-hour postprandial blood glucose > 10.0mmol/L and/or 2-hour postprandial blood glucose > 8.5mmol/L. 3. Control group: Pregnant women with normal blood pressure and blood sugar during pregnancy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Aged 50 years; 2. Assisted reproductive technology; 3. Twin or multiple pregnancies; 4. Complicated with chronic diseases of liver, kidney, nervous system and blood system.
